Frequently Asked Questions
How much is required to book?

A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due after your session.

Does my cap and gown count as an outfit?

Not at all! Your cap and gown does not count toward your outfit limit. We'll definitely use it during your session, so make sure to bring it along.

Can I include another graduating senior?

Yes! An additional graduate can join your session for $100. This includes a few additional edited photos. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely! Pets are always welcome. Just make sure your chosen location allows them and bring someone to help with your pet when they're not being photographed.

Can my family join for photos?

A few immediate family portraits can be included with the 1-hour Class of 2027 package. Extended family portraits are available for an additional $75 and include a few extra edited photos. The 20-minute Essentials package is not eligible for extended family portraits.

What is the included Commencement Portrait?

Your professional digital portrait taken during NWEC's graduation ceremony is included with either package. It will be delivered digitally after commencement.

Can I choose my photoshoot location?

Yes! Both packages include one location of your choice. Popular options include school campuses, parks, and outdoor locations around El Paso. Some locations may require permission or additional fees.

When will I receive my photos?

The Class of 2027 package has an estimated 5–7 day turnaround, while Essentials takes approximately 7–14 days. Your edited photos will be delivered through an online gallery where you can download and share them.

Can I purchase prints?

Yes! Professional prints can be ordered directly through your online gallery. Print purchases are optional and are not included in the package price.

When should I schedule my senior portraits?

You can book anytime during your senior year! Spring dates tend to fill up as graduation approaches, so booking early is recommended if you have a preferred date.

Are weekend sessions available?

Weekend sessions may be available upon request for an additional $75 fee. As a wedding photographer, I'm typically photographing weddings on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend availability is very limited. These sessions must be arranged directly with me rather than through the online booking calendar.
